The Alora Agency is a small, boutique consulting agency that is committed to helping small businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations achieve business results through marketing & branding, image consulting, graphic design and other professional services.  Alora is a home for creativity and collaboration.  But, much more than just a consulting agency, at the heart of Alora is a deep desire to educate, empower and inspire others through passion, love and support.

The Alora Agency was founded by a team of two women, Kayla and Leah, with ambitions and aspirations of being mentally, spiritually and financially independent through ownership and entrepreneurship.  Kayla graduated with a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina in 2010, and Leah graduated with a degree in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising from Clark Atlanta University in 2011.  Together they have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and management.  After starting their first business in the hair industry, they wanted to take their experiences and what they learned (successes and failures) and help others thrive in their respective businesses.  Not only is The Alora Agency about having freedom from the corporate grind, but more than anything else, it is about seeing others win, being a part of the journey, and witnessing their greatness.  We educate by providing our expertise, resources and tools to help people and their businesses grow and succeed.  We empower others to do what is right and good for them and their business.  And we inspire others to be the absolute best versions of themselves, personally and professionally.
